A first rendering of the Galaxy S10, supposedly reliable, reveals the design of the next spearhead of Samsung. With a hole in front.
Are we going to witness the distrust of the holes after that towards the notches? Highly possible. Because some manufacturers want to replace the second mentioned by the first, in this race on the screen really without edge wanting to integrate sensors at the front. A first rendering, supposedly reliable and shared by 91Mobiles and OnLeaks December 3, 2018, shows the design of the Samsung Galaxy S10, without notch, but with a hole in frontage.
Like the future Huawei phone, the number 1 in the market could make this choice, knowing that it never gave in to the sirens of the notch. Specifically, two sensors would break the harmony by coming to the top right of the screen. This bold design looks like one of the presented solutions at the beginning of November by Samsung – the Infinity-O.
A new necessary evil?
Our two colleagues offer a glimpse of the Galaxy S10 +, which would then be equipped with a 6.4-inch (2,960 x 1,440-pixel) Super AMOLED display. In the back, we find a triple sensor arranged horizontally (as on the Galaxy Note 9). Where is the fingerprint sensor? It would be integrated on the screen and opt for an ultrasound technology, much faster and more accurate than the optical versions currently used by the Chinese competition (the OnePlus 6T for example). There would also be much more facial recognition, instead of the iris sensor that never really convinced the use.
Note, finally, that Samsung would not be ready to abandon the port jack, which would then be added to a USB-C charging interface to fill very quickly the battery of 3700 mAh.
